Description The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as a team member in implementing and supporting moderately complex service, maintenance and/or support projects. Prepares proposals for business initiatives and provides needs analysis and feasibility studies including cost/benefit analysis. Reviews client requirements and recommends technology solutions that are cost effective and meet ITS technology standards. Conducts impact analysis to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. Liaises with users, business lines, vendors and IT staff in order to provide appropriate action, including support and problem resolution. Responsible for the completion and quality of assigned deliverables to ensure meeting department objectives. The position will be located in our North Tampa corporate office through mid-2018 after which the position will be based out of our new state of art building now under construction located off Waters Ave / Veterans Parkway. Preferred Qualifications: Certification: -COMP TIA: A+, Network+, Security+ -Microsoft MCSA Knowledge of: -Server and workstation administration best practices and implementation -Server and workstation hardening practices -Virtualization administration (vSphere and Horizon) -Network protocols and standards (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) -Documenting incident management and/or break-fix solutions -Leveraging monitoring tools in order to make technology assessments Work Environment Works in a temperature controlled office environment. Qualifications Required Qualifications: College coursework in Computer Science or related field or applicable professional certification and/or relevant technical/analytical/educational experience. Experience in/with: -Active Directory and GPO administration in a multi-site/multi-domain forest -Windows Operating System (Workstation - Windows 7 and higher) (Server – Windows Server 2008 and higher) -Web server administration (Windows IIS 7.0 and higher) and or (Tomcat 5.0 and higher) -VMware virtualization administration (vSphere 5.5 and higher) -Virtual Desktop administration (VMware Horizon) -Server administration (Cisco UCS) -Endpoint Protection technologies (Symantec, Cisco AMP) -System Imaging and Patching technologies -Enterprise system and network monitoring -Developing technology solutions and/or recommendation requiring research and analysis -Supporting work/projects that require needs and cost/benefit analysis and resolution of changes in project scope -Gathering business requirements and preparing business proposals for business lines -Evaluating hardware and software products and developing recommendations for management Ability to: -Learn new concepts and technologies -Take a role in project, decision making and/or it maintenance work -Evaluate moderately complex problems/changes and understand the inter-dependencies between components -Strong written communication skills, including, but not limited to, procedures and technical material preparation and presentation -Available to work off hours and weekends as needed and take part in an on-call rotation -Lift heavy equipment as needed The Auto Club Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits packages including a base salary with performance based incentives; medical/dental/vision insurance, pension, 401(k), generous time off, a complimentary AAA Membership and much more!
