||Position Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for the internal selection and hiring process for a designated region. Full cycle responsibilities to include sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding and other employment practices.
Recruits all field positions to include supervisor/management candidates for current and future openings.
Receives and reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants for various field job classifications.
Develops and manages a proactive recruiting plan for assigned region.
Coordinates recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, community events, etc.
Screen interviews internally and externally, presents top talent to hiring managers, and solicits feedback from hiring managers and other interviewers after interviews.
Identifies new, effective recruiting sources.
Coordinates and schedules interviews with Operations team.
Places recruitment ads and job postings using the internet, print ads and other sources.
Prepares regular reports on recruiting activities.
Assists in processing confirmation letters and all candidate written correspondence.
Promotes positive community relations and develops/maintains contacts to promote MasTec employment image.
Prepares and sends appropriate offer letters and marketing materials to candidates.
Keeps records of applicants not selected for employment.
Finalizes all paper work necessary to complete the hiring and training process.
