The Tampa Hispanic Chamber held a small private reception at the offices of Dr. Cesar Lara, to honor the recipients of the 2020 Empresario Emprendedor small business grant.
The board of directors had worked with other volunteers to coordinate the selection process and were happy to be able to help local businesses get through the current business climate.
